Our Press brakes products are in use with customers throughout Germany and in neighboring European countries. For our field service department, we are looking for a service technician (m/w/d) who enjoys being on the road, organizes their workday independently, and ensures smooth operation on-site for customers – from commissioning to troubleshooting. This is a role for independent individuals who appreciate their freedom at work and prefer to be on the customer’s premises rather than at their desk.

That
expected
To you:

  • Commissioning of our Press brakes direct sales to customers – throughout Germany and in neighboring European countries
  • Maintenance, service and troubleshooting of sheet metal processing machines – not only on our own machines
  • Retrofit inserts: partial or complete overhaul of existing machines at the customer's premises
  • UVV tests: safety functional testing using TÜV/GS-certified measuring instruments
  • Training of customer teams in the operation and control of the press
  • Self-responsible planning of your assignments and tours, in coordination with our internal department
  • Completed training as a mechatronics technician, industrial electrician, mechanical engineering technician or comparable
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and PLC control systems is an advantage
  • High willingness to travel in Germany and in the neighboring European countries, driver's license class B
  • Independent, self-responsible work style – you largely organize your assignments yourself
  • A joy in being on the move and in having direct contact with customers locally
  • Friendly and safe demeanor; basic knowledge of English is an advantage for assignments abroad
